- Account information — your name and email address when you create an account.
- Document content — the text you type, paste or upload to generate or review documents.
- Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and features used, collected in aggregate.
2. How we use information
- To generate, store and deliver the documents you request.
- To provide customer support and respond to your messages.
- To improve DrawUp's reliability and features, using aggregated and de-identified data.
3. What we never do
- We never sell your personal data or document content.
- We never use your documents to train public AI models.
- We never share your documents with third parties except as needed to run the service (e.g. secure cloud hosting) under strict confidentiality obligations.
4. Security
Documents and account data are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is limited to personnel who need it to operate the service, under confidentiality obligations.
5. Data retention & deletion
You can delete any document at any time from your account. When you delete a document, it is removed from active storage. You may also request full account deletion by emailing us — we will remove your data within 30 days.
